10Bet have been a betting company for over a decade now, and it shows. The firm offers bettors a chance to test their skills over a massive range of traditional sports, and esports are represented too. The site may not be the easiest to use, thanks to its long history, but it makes up for it with a sheer volume of options. If you ever go off esports betting and want to play in a casino, bet on non-esports events or even bet on virtual games of FIFA, you will be well accommodated here. But what’s the esports experience like at 10Bet? Show more.
In a word, it’s mixed. There are certainly some advantages to playing at 10Bet, including strong welcome bonuses and the site’s long history of legitimacy, but the site’s esports offering could still be improved.
One minor flaw is navigation – actually finding the esports section of 10Bet takes some doing! In our research we actually ended up resorting to a Google search, but you’ll find ‘e-sports’ with a nondescript green ‘e’ logo tucked amongst all the other sports. Click on this, and you can choose from the dozen or so leagues that 10Bet currently supports. There’s a decent selection here, encompassing the big three titles (CS:GO, Dota and LoL) plus two Blizzard titles, StarCraft II and Overwatch.
Money line, spread and over/under betting are all accounted for, although there’s no proposition betting to be found at all. Live betting is also available. That makes 10Bet a good choice for seasoned players, but newer bettors might prefer to go with a more esports-focused site that offers deeper betting opportunities on each individual match or tournament. However, if the esports section of 10Bet proves popular, it seems likely that the site will devote more time to developing its offerings.
Live betting is included in the site.
Like other well-established sites, 10Bet offers telephone and email support; although a live chat function is surprisingly missing (it still appears in Google results, so perhaps it was removed recently). The site has something of a reputation for slow responses in online forums too, which is not a good sign.
The 10Bet company is backed by a trio of gaming commissions, including in Malta, Curacao and the UK. The latter means that you’re unlikely to face problems dealing with the site, and 10Bet’s long operating history should be a relief as well.
Withdrawals are a little on the slow side, with e-wallet withdrawals taking up to 48 hours, credit cards up to five days and bank transfers up to seven days. That makes e-wallet services a good choice here, minimising the time it takes your winnings to reach your pocket. Show less.
10Bet does offer a significant welcome bonus to new players, promising four £100 100% bonuses if certain conditions are met. Here are all the details you need.
