Pinnacle Doubles Up With Abios in Data Partnership
Online esportsbook Pinnacle has partnered with Abios, a B2B provider of esports data and statistics.
Swedish data provider Abios provides an esports API which has the “most detailed data and broadest coverage of matches.” The partnership with Pinnacle will “facilitate further enhancements to the company’s renowned esports offering.”
Marco Blume, Trading Director for Pinnacle spoke on the partnership:
“A lot has changed at Pinnacle since we started trading esports over a decade ago. The industry is doing its best to catch up with odds for the biggest titles and major events now available at most bookmakers. However, there’s an important difference between simply offering odds and providing customers with a true esports betting experience. It’s no secret that we need data to continue to improve. We’re pleased to be able to take things to another level through our partnership with Abios.”
Pinnacle will used the new data provided through Abios’ API to strengthen its esports offering. And provide a new, wider option of markets. Founded in early 2013, Abios collects data across many esports, including League of Legends, Dota 2 and CS:GO.

Partnered with the Flashpoint CS:GO League for its inaugural season. Pinnacle are one of the heavyweights in the esports betting scene. This partnership with Abios will only increase their stake in the industry.
