The esports world just continues to grow and become more popular, but Call of Duty remains one of the top options in this industry. 2023 proved to be a successful year for Call of Duty leagues all throughout the world, and you should expect much of the same in 2024.

In order to get everyone even more excited for the Call of Duty 2024 schedule, team packs have been released. Before we break down some of the intrigue behind the team packs, it’s important to check out the schedule for this esport heading into 2024. 

As you might as expect, there will be plenty of Call of Duty action throughout the year, but some events are going to stand out more than the rest. 

A Look at the Big Events

There is always a massive event put on by Call of Duty every year, and it always focuses on the most recent game to hit the market. The 2023 tournament focused on Modern Warfare 2, but this time around it’s going to be Modern Warfare 3. 

The Call of Duty League will be focused on Modern Warfare 3 this year, and it’s a game that has already proven to be extremely successful. Not only will this game provide great entertainment at home, but it’s an opportunity to win some big money. 

There is $5 million up for grabs in the Call of Duty League, and the action is going to span over a couple of months. Other games are going to attract action as well, but the Modern Warfare version of this game will be the most attractive, and the one that comes with the biggest overall prize. 

The World Series of Warzone is going to make a return this year as well, and it will be the third straight year for this event. It didn’t take long for Warzone to become a popular version of Call of Duty, and this massive event brings the top players in the world together for a battle. 

This is another Call of Duty event that has a prize pool that is worth millions, and it has continued to grow in popularity throughout the years as well. Finally, the Call of Duty Mobile World Championship is going to make its return as well, and this will be a popular event in the esports industry. 

Mobile esports still isn’t as popular as traditional esports gaming, but it is definitely heading in that direction. Call of Duty is helping to make mobile esports gaming more popular, and this event will be one that is worth checking out. 

Team Packs Are Now Out

Call of Duty fans got a nice present to begin the year as the popular team packs are now out as of January 8th. The Call of Duty League team packs are available for purchase and those packs can be used in Modern Warfare 3 and Warzone.

The Call of Duty League actually started the 2024 season before the calendar flipped, but these team packs are going to change the way that the games are played. The purchase price of these team packs will once again be less than $20, and they come loaded with features that will improve the game play. 

The teams in the Call of Duty League benefit from the sale as well as some of the proceeds are given back to those teams. Every team in the league has a team pack, which means that there are 12 packs to choose from. 

These team packs will come with home and away skins, including the ever popular dark mode skin.
