More Issues With Call of Duty

Call of Duty continues to be a game that is popular with esports players, but some of the professional players are continuing to call out some issues with the latest updates. Since Call of Duty is now being played at a very high level, the top professionals are expecting the game to be perfect.

Professional players are not the only ones that have found some issues with the game though, as recreational players are struggling with some of the updates as well. It seems that there are more complaints hurled at the developers every single day, and some have a big impact on the game play.

Here is a look at three of the most recent issues facing this game, and some of the solutions that players want to see happen.

Removing a Skin From Ranked Play

The first complaint comes from some of the top players of Call of Duty, and it’s one that has been an ongoing concern. When the developers launched some new skins on the Modern Warfare 3 game, not all of those launches went according to plan.

The Modern Warfare 2 Season 4 Blackcell skin has been under fire since it was first released, but most players were able to get through it on that version of the game. That skin is now available on Modern Warfare 3 as well, and it is ruining the game according to some players.

This hasn’t really been an issue for recreational play, but the professional players are not happy with how this skin impacts games. There have been complaints about it hiding a player’s kill zones, and it can impact the tracking for other players.

Developers have not been willing to remove this from the list of skins that are offered in a game, but the heat is now on them even more. Since the Blackcell skin is now impacting some of the battles that take place during league play, it’s going to be something that needs to be looked at.

Warzone Players Not Happy

There are a number of different ways to play COD as an esports competitor these days, but Warzone has become one of the most popular. The Call of Duty League continues to promote this style of game play, but these players are not happy with how things have been going.

The top complaint from Warzone players is coming from the weapons that are available in the game, and they are the same weapons used in Modern Warfare 2. Many players have noticed that the weapons are unusable, and sometimes those weapons actually hurt the players that use them.

It’s unclear how soon this issue can be resolved as there are only so many weapons that are currently available in the game. Warzone players have loved some of the new map updates, but this is one issue that is hurting certain matchups in the league.

This is something that the professional players can get around, but the fact that the weapon is going to continue to be offered could end up causing some controversy.

Gulag is Too Dark

Another issue with Warzone is that some of the players have complained of visibility issues caused by darkness on the screen. The earliest complaint stemmed from players not being able to see an opponents head when trying to make kill shots.

Players are now complaining about getting stuck in the Gulag and not being able to see anything, and it has caused issues in competitive play in Warzone. This should be an easy fix for the developers, but it’s something that they have ignored up to this point.
