VCT: Pacific Wraps Up Regular Season with Super Week

The VCT: Pacific is entering its final week, which just so happens to be the Super Week. We break down who is fighting to qualify for playoffs.

Over the past seven weeks, the ten teams in the Valorant Champions Tour: Pacific League have been battling it out in an attempt to qualify as one of the six teams in the playoffs at the end of the season. The Regular Season is coming to an end after this week, but not before delivering 10 more matches for teams to try and move up in the standings. You won’t want to miss a second as the Pacific League season comes to a thrilling conclusion.

Current Valorant Champions Tour: Pacific League Standings

DRX has maintained a perfect record so far this season in their absolute stomp through the VCT: Pacific League. With their last two matches being against T1 and Team Secret, they have a real shot at ending the season with a perfect record. Regardless if they are able to go into the playoffs 9-0, they’ll definitely be the favorites to take the whole thing.

Paper Rex is currently in second place in the standings thanks to having a better map record than T1. Winning both matches would secure them the 2nd seed going into playoffs, though with Gen.G Esports and Rex Regum Qeon both fighting to qualify for playoffs, that task is easier said than done.

T1 has a hard couple of matches to close out their season. They still have a shot and 2nd seed, but they’ll have to take down two fierce opponents in ZETA DIVISION and DRX. With all the odds stacked against them, T1 will be coming into this week with a massive chip on their shoulder and a whole lot to prove.

Towards the bottom of the standings, the race is heating up for the last spot in playoffs. Rex Regum Qeon, Team Secret, Global Esports, and Talon Esports all are entering this final week with their eyes set on the coveted 6th place in the standings, which would qualify the owner for playoffs.

With Team Secret and Rex Regum Qeon, each facing a team at the top of the standings, Talon Esports and Global Esports seem like real contenders to snag the last spot in playoffs at the last minute. Crazier things have happened in Esports. The only thing certain is that there is going to be some excellent Valorant played in the final week.
