Mr Green Esports Betting Review

Mr Green has been around for almost a decade, but you wouldn’t think it to look at their clean and modern website. The company was founded in Sweden in 2008 and is now based in Malta, but received a license to operate in the UK in 2015. The site has embraced esports betting and now supports five of the biggest games, giving esports bettors a good range of choice. The site also boasts a good online reputation and fast withdrawals, although it does have its downsides too. We think it’s a promising site for esports bettors, particularly those in the UK, so check out our full review!

Actually finding the esports section of the site takes some doing, unfortunately! You’ll need to click on the soccer ball in the site’s header, then select the green rectangular All Sports button. Select ‘E-Sports’ and you’ll get a listing of all upcoming matches, covering Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, Dota 2, Heroes of the Storm, League of Legends and StarCraft 2. You can choose ‘Browse E-Sports’ at the top if you want to narrow your selection to a single game.

Betting lines & in-play betting

For almost all matches, you can select the winner as well as the map handicap for best-of-three or greater series. Proposition betting is available for most titles as well, allowing you to bet on the total number of hero kills or rounds in a match, or which team will get first blood. However, smaller tournaments and games tend to only offer match winner betting, and we’ve seen deeper proposition betting options on other sites.

It’s also possible to choose the outright winner of a tournament in the ‘Outrights’ section, although this was only possible for a limited number of Counter-Strike tournaments when we checked. Live betting is also available.

Security & Withdrawals

Mr Green is licensed by the Malta Gaming Authority and the UK Gambling Commission, which should provide potential esports bettors with significant peace of mind. The site has attracted good reviews online too, with relatively few complaints despite the site’s wide volume of traffic.

Mr Green’s withdrawals process is quite rapid, depending on the method you use. E-wallet withdrawals take up to one day, while credit cards, debit cards and bank transfers are promised within three days. Withdrawals are limited to 10,000 dollars, euros or pounds per month.

Support

A live chat function is offered on the site, and this should probably be your first port of call thanks to its penchant for rapid responses and 24/7 availability. Failing that, you can also try calling a UK phone number (+44 2035100870) or emailing customerservice@mrgreen.com). A comprehensive Frequently Asked Questions section is also available to provide solutions to common queries.

Mr Green Esports Bonuses, Codes & Offers

Mr Green spends a lot of time on crafting interesting bonuses for its players, and although these are largely limited to the site’s casino offerings, sports (and esports) betting bonuses are available from time to time. Here’s what we’ve found recently.
