VALORANT Unify Online Showmatch – Can Alfie topple Connor?
Unify Online Showmatch
With VALORANT still in closed beta there aren’t many leagues or tournaments out there, and even fewer that have betting markets available. Unify Online are a new platform focussed on VALORANT content and are kicking things off with a showmatch for charity, Mind Charity.
The two teams are comprised of UK talent, captained respectively by the owners of UK esports organisations London Esports (Team Alfie) and Buzzkill (Team Connor).
Both teams have been streaming regularly on the lead up to the event and from what I’ve seen there are some standout performers on each side. From looking at individual talent I’d say that Team Alfie has the edge, but from a teamwork perspective I’d more inclined to back Team Connor. From the Twitch streams I’ve watched, Team Connor has good team synergy and a good understanding of the champion abilities in both offensive and defensive use.
Who do you think is taking the 3 game series?

There aren’t any exotics available as the data provided by Riot is still unavailable, but we have a Match Winner market available over at GG.bet. It’s also unlikely that live betting will be available during the match, so get your prematch bets in before the match starts on May 1st.
If you manage to win big, why not head over to their JustGiving page and share the love.
Betting in the UK?
As this is a UK tournament it’s quite a shame that we’ve yet to find a sportbook that both supports UK players and is also offering VALORANT markets for this match. Currently only GG.bet and Buff.bet are trading that we’ve seen, but we’re currently in talks with a UK-supporting esports betting platform and I’ll update when markets are offered.
